What is yoga and health coaching?
I'm here to support you in your individual needs and goals and create a realistic plan that’s personal to you, to achieve them. I do this with patience, fun, nonjudgement, and compassion. And in a way that's not like the cookie cutter, mainstream type of "Wellness or Yoga" that's out there. I believe in accessible yoga and wellness for everyone, wherever you're at, come as you are. And believe in the principles of nonjudgement, intersectional feminism, anti-diet culture and radical self-acceptance.
What to Expect
In the initial session we'll be focused on your health history, your health concerns and goals, and determining what would be supportive for you mentally and physically. During our initial meeting, I'll also observe your posture, breath and mobility, and will guide you through a yoga practice. I recommend you wear comfortable fitted clothing to your appointment, have a yoga mat or towel and that you eat a little something prior to your session.
Ongoing Sessions
After the initial session, you can sign up for how often it would work best for you. Most clients reserve a standing weekly session time. For new clients, I recommend a minimum of twice a month. During our sessions together, you'll learn practices and movements that you can continue to do on your own. I might assign homework or action steps for you to take between sessions, or provide recordings and resources.
I'll regularly ask you to reassess areas of life like your stress levels, sleep, mobility, etc, to see how we're progressing. You set the pace, I'm the program guide, but we tune in to what works best for you.
I'm a certified health coach, I do not diagnose physical or mental health disorders, I do not recommend medications, and I do not provide any set diet, supplements or nutritional advice. I can provide education and additional resources. I'm able to communicate with your health care team, at your request, and I can review instructions from doctors or physical therapists to weave into your yoga therapy program.

Initial Session and intake: $100
Follow-up sessions: $80
*Community rate: Initial session $75, follow ups $55
How to get started
All of my yoga and health coaching programming is virtual and practiced over Zoom.
My availability is Wednesday- Friday 6:00 AM PST, 3:30PM-7:00 PM PST, and limited Saturday availability.
