I started marketing my yoga classes, than became a certified health coach, then moved up, learning a ton about marketing and eventually worked for a big name in the industry, coaching clients on big launches. Over the years I started seeing red flags and unethical practices more and more.
What I’d been taught didn’t feel like a match to my values.
